As mentioned in the topic, I want to analyze the content by a systematic review on the usage of music in marketing (on journals with Chartered ABS ranking 3, 4 and 4* only). NOTE:  I have already done some research by gathering some articles and prepared systematic tables on excel (suggested by the Prof.) for the content analysis and would like to share with you all the documents and articles related. Database I used for the search: Google scholar and EBSCO (suggested by Prof.) with certain keywords. A 10 pages of introduction is already written and is open to observe, adapt and edit for better grading. Along with the final version of the thesis I also need a plagiarism report. ——————————————————————————- Structure I prefer (subject to change for a better structure) : 1. Introduction – Background information * – Aim and objectives * – Structure of the research * 2. Methodology (must be the second chapter, suggested by Prof.) – Validity and reliability * 3. Literature review 4. Results 5. Discussion (how discusion has evolved over time and discuss research gaps) – Research limitations * 6. Conclusion – Managerial implications *  – Recommendations for future research * * marked are the subtopics that are mandatory to be included —————————————————————————— The thesis must be written in Arial type size 11 or a similar sans serif font on white DIN A4 paper. The margins, must be exactly 2 cm on all edges. The line spacing should be 1.5 and use justification and hyphenation. Footnotes should be written in Arial font size 10 and justified. A sans serif font ( like Arial 11 point) is encouraged for tables, graphs, etc. for the purpose of clarity. The citation rules according to APA are regulated in the APA Manual Every use of foreign intellectual property (literal and analogous adoption) is to be marked. In scientific work single sources and references must be specified. Every quotation must be verifiable. The reader must be able to clearly identify the origins of individual statements.  The sources must be listed in alphabetical order by author and in chronological order by year of publication. The author’s first initial must be followed by the year of the work/edition in parentheses. The bibliography should be double-spaced and left-justified on one side, and all lines of a reference after the first should be indented. ——————————————————————————– Further communication and drafts are expected.

risk of the NASA space mission Space X.  Conduct a Project Risk Analysis following the instructions below. Your risk analysis should be no longer than three pages not including the references and any figures or charts you choose to include. It is not necessary to include every risk in your project. If it is easier you can classify your risks into broad categories such as economic risk, political risk, legal risk, environmental risk, and discuss generally the risk categories. Depending on the project you choose the risk categories may vary widely from one project to another. You may pick any project you like. (And, yes, you may do the risk analysis for your final research project if you wish to.) You may also use Risky Project to present your analysis though not all parts of the risk assessment are available on Risky Project. To conduct the analysis follow the risk assessment process described in PMBOK. Develop a risk management plan – Explain how you will structure and implement your program Identify as many risks as you can in your project and classify them as you deem appropriate Respond to the risks (Avoid, transfer, Mitigate, Accept) Allocate the risks to the stakeholders you believe are best able to control the risk Prepare a risk response plan for implementation Prepare a qualitative risk analysis by developing a risk assessment matrix. Select one of the major issues and conduct a quantitative analysis including a decision tree. Monitor the Risks

Taking a company public/Prospectus for business powerpoint

Click here to order this paper @Essayfix.net. The Ultimate Custom Paper Writing Service

Please create a 10 slide powerpoint presentation based on the business information I have uploaded. The powerpoint presentation will be about creating a prospectus for the business. Your company has been growing gangbusters. Now it’s time to go public.   However, not all companies can or will go public.    Generally, a prospectus is a booklet of information.  However, you also generally have marketing material to go with the prospectus that you take on a “road show” to try and develop interest before the offering.  Your group can create a  summary in a PowerPoint presentation with more of a marketing twist (please, entertain me).  The  PowerPoint is my preference and a little more fun to put together. 10 powerpoint slides to be done.  If submitted as a presentation, must be a PowerPoint Presentation (no similar software) that opens as a slide show, in “view mode” or as a ‘show’ (such that you cannot see the development side or edit the presentation).  You must in the very least clearly cover the following items: Box Summary (1pt), Information about the Company (1pt), the Investment Opportunity (including financials, as before with realistic numbers) (1pt), Use of Proceeds & Risk Factors (1pt).  The final point will be for the visual appeal of the presentation, overall thoroughness, whether its polished (i.e. grammatical and spelling errors).  I will not accept projects that exceed the space limits.

Perspective Influences Your Daily Life

Click here to order this paper @Essayfix.net. The Ultimate Custom Paper Writing Service

How Perspective Influences Your Daily Life Our assumptions are based on our perspective, so this essay asks you to discuss the importance and process of being sufficiently informed. Imagine you are talking to a new friend. You’re just getting to know them, and it seems like a great opportunity. But then they say or do something problematic that offends you. What they said/did was an attack on your identity whether they noticed it or not. Their actions were about who you perceive yourself to be and how they perceive that type of person. For this essay you will describe how your group is often perceived and stereotyped before persuading your uniformed or misinformed reader to believe differently. You are persuading a skeptical reader to change their opinion about and treatment of a group using a Rogerian structure. Tips for Conceptualizing This Essay This essay gives you an opportunity to get a little creative. To plan and design this essay effectively, you will need to do some “imagining.” First, choose an identity-group that you identify with. You can identify as a Karen. You can identify as Black. You can identify as female, working-class, feminine, androgynous, bisexual, hipster, goth, employee, Gen Z, Gen X, edge lord… whatever the case, you should be able to imagine an offensive stereotype and/or perception of your chosen identity. Next, imagine a problematic statement/action that could offend you in the above new-friend scenario. You might imagine several of these as you brainstorm Next, analyze the offensive statement/action: what assumption is problematic here? what perspective could lead to such an assumption? is the assumption based in fact? is it a partial truth? logical fallacy? which fallacy? use King and/or Morrison for backup in this stage. Both texts describe issues with stereotypes, assumptions, and perspective. Brainstorm/Research the larger issues these assumptions can cause Brainstorm/Research the benefit to your new friend in changing their opinion. Brainstorm/Research an action plan for your new friend. Review the Structuring Arguments – Ch 7 page and chapter to plan a Rogerian Argument. This essay will analyze and synthesize King or Morrison (or both) with your own opinions to persuade a skeptical reader. Remember this is a new friend; you don’t want to alienate them and ruin the friendship, but you do want to change their mind. This is why Rogerian is an excellent structure: it strives for compromise and collaboration. As such, you’ll want to choose the most persuasive pieces of evidence and examples for your task. Tone Since this is a friend you are talking to, you want your response to be readable. Overly academic tone and diction will probably make you seem like a “know-it-all.” As this is the case, your essay can take a few liberties with slang and tone. However, your essay should not slip so far into bromance or friendliness that you fail to tackle the issue at hand. You need to have this hard conversation with your friend. Don’t over-hedge it in formal or infomal niceties. Strike a balance of seriousness, semi-professionalism, and approachability. Structure Even with a Rogerian Structure, an Essay will still have an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. The way these body paragraphs are connected and organized is predicted by the Rogerian model, but overall structures like ACE and CEDAR are still applicable. Your new friend will still need a hook. Your response won’t be as persuasive without a “so what” and “now what.” Week 6 will dig deeper into how to organize and develop this piece of writing. Requirements: 1300-1800 words (more room for creativity) Recognizable Rogerian Structure Reasonably Persuasive to a skeptical audience Analysis of King and/or Morrison 2-3 Additional, appropriate sources for backup MLA Format pdf, doc, or docx files (sorry, no .pages)

Design an Effective Compensation and Benefit Plan

Human Resource Management in the 21st Century (8938624590) You are working for a company that is currently experiencing high turnover. Based on the exit interviews, there is no issue with the level of salary the company provides, but employees complained about other incentives or benefits. Under the circumstances, the Board of Directors and leadership team asked you, the HR Director, to prepare an executive report to explain various forms of incentives and benefits that can be introduced in the company. In the report, you will need to: Provide a brief executive summary of the report (no more than one paragraph). Introduce three different types of incentives and benefits; be sure to include the strengths and weaknesses of each type. When selecting them, you need to consider the company’s budget limitations. The base salary of the company is very competitive within the same industry, so the company does not want to increase monetary burdens. Cost-effective ideas are necessary. Offer recommendations for ways to implement the ideas by avoiding potential weaknesses as your conclusion.  Support your paper with a minimum of three (3) scholarly resources, in addition to your required text. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included. Length: 3-4 pages, not title and reference pages Your essay should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect graduate-level writing and APA standards.
